It displays the old records. For that I am using the RefreshBtn with Crystal Report. But b'se of that each time I must need to click the RefreshBtn. Is their any option in crystal report which will refresh data automatically with every print.

On the other hand, u can uncheck the option 'Save Data with report' in the file menu at the design time of the report which would refresh the report automatically.

There is a option to refresh crystal report viewer by cr.refresh but that also will give a blink only but not actually refreshing the data. Finally i found that the crystal report job is done fast before we insert a record to the database. In seagate crystal report version - 7 there was a option (Check box) in the report design time that refresh database everytime before report generation. But it is not there in crystal decision 8.5 or even 10. No soloution for that it is the draw back of cryst deci 8.5. The suggestion given by other is meaningless as they dont face this problem in this regard. With Regards, B.
